簡  歷:

麻拴紅,中國科學(xué)院蘭州化學(xué)物理研究所研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,潤滑材料全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任。主要從事軟接觸大變形界面摩擦控制、高端裝備/器械用聚合物潤滑材料與技術(shù)研究。2011年在天水師范大學(xué)獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,2016年在蘭州化學(xué)物理研究所獲博士學(xué)位、留所工作至今。在Matter, Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Funct. Mater., Friction, Tribo. Inter., 中國機(jī)械工程學(xué)報(bào)、摩擦學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)等期刊上發(fā)表論文100余篇,引用5000余次,成果被Science Advances、Nature Reviews Materials等刊物正面評(píng)價(jià)和專題報(bào)道;獲授權(quán)專利25件(美國專利1件)。兼任中國機(jī)械工程學(xué)會(huì)摩擦學(xué)分會(huì)委員、中國材料學(xué)會(huì)水凝膠材料分會(huì)常務(wù)理事,獲甘肅省自然科學(xué)特等獎(jiǎng)(排名2)。主持中國科學(xué)院先導(dǎo)B專項(xiàng)項(xiàng)目、國家自然科學(xué)基金委優(yōu)青/面上項(xiàng)目等,獲中國科協(xié)機(jī)械工程學(xué)會(huì)青年人才托舉工程、中國科學(xué)院青年創(chuàng)新促進(jìn)會(huì)優(yōu)秀會(huì)員、溫詩鑄楓葉獎(jiǎng)等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。承擔(dān)企業(yè)/相關(guān)部門的潤滑減摩橫向技術(shù)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目等,參與研制的潤滑涂層技術(shù)獲批多件國家二類醫(yī)療器械注冊(cè)證,實(shí)現(xiàn)了進(jìn)口替代。
