高曉明,男,博士,研究員。自參加工作以來,一直從事氣相沉積潤滑/防護功能薄膜材料及其空間摩擦學(xué)相關(guān)的研究工作,先后承擔(dān)了包括國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目、裝備發(fā)展部共用技術(shù)預(yù)研項目以及多項航天企業(yè)委托項目,并為我國多個型號航天型號任務(wù)對高性能固體潤滑薄膜材料的技術(shù)需求提供了技術(shù)保障。工作中,在國內(nèi)外期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇,獲專利授權(quán)10余件,并先后獲中國人民解放軍科技進步獎二等獎和中國航天科技集團公司技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎。

研究方向:

1.氣相沉積潤滑/防護功能薄膜材料
2.固體潤滑薄膜材料的空間環(huán)境效應(yīng)

承擔(dān)科研項目:

作為負(fù)責(zé)人先后承擔(dān)了十余項科研項目,包括國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目“寬溫域非平衡磁控濺射二硫化鎢薄膜生長機理、結(jié)構(gòu)演變及其摩擦學(xué)性能的研究”、國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項目“模擬空間環(huán)境條件下Au/Ag、Au/Cu體系的表界面行為與調(diào)控”、裝備發(fā)展部共用技術(shù)預(yù)研項目“XXXXX薄膜化學(xué)氣相沉積制備技術(shù)”等。
