簡  歷:

孫偉,男,博士,研究員,博士生導(dǎo)師,羰基合成與選擇氧化國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室副主任。1998年本科于曲阜師范大學(xué),2003年于中國科學(xué)院蘭州化學(xué)物理研究所獲理學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003年獲德國洪堡獎學(xué)金,在德國慕尼黑工業(yè)大學(xué)無機(jī)化學(xué)研究所進(jìn)行博士后研究。2005年底回國,并入選中國科學(xué)院“人才計(jì)劃”,在中國科學(xué)院蘭州化學(xué)物理研究所羰基合成與選擇氧化國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室開展仿生催化、均相催化及納米催化等領(lǐng)域的研究工作。已在Acc. Chem. Res., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.及《催化學(xué)報(bào)》等國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表研究論文100余篇。現(xiàn)為《有機(jī)化學(xué)》編委、《催化學(xué)報(bào)》青年編委。

研究方向:

仿生催化、均相催化及納米催化等
代表性研究工作:基于高活性非血紅素生物酶活性中心,課題組發(fā)展了一系列手性四氮配體及其錳鐵配合物,實(shí)現(xiàn)了烯烴、烷烴的高效不對稱氧化反應(yīng)(Bioinspired Manganese and Iron Complexes for Enantioselective Oxidation Reactions: Ligand Design, Catalytic Activity, and Beyond. Acc. Chem. Res. 2019, 52, 2370-2381.)。最近,Amgen公司基于我們發(fā)展的高效非血紅素錳催化烯烴不對稱環(huán)氧化反應(yīng)(Manganese Catalysts with C1-Symmetric N4 Ligand for Enantioselective Epoxidation of Olefins, Chem. Eur. J., 2012, 18, 6750-6753.),實(shí)現(xiàn)了卡非佐米關(guān)鍵中間體手性環(huán)氧酮的工業(yè)生產(chǎn),錳催化劑用量低至0.04 mol% (Org. Process Res. Dev. 2020, 24, 490-499.)。相關(guān)工作也充分展現(xiàn)了非血紅素錳催化劑的高活性。
